Our Process
Our selection process places strong focus on qualification and certification. All candidates are screened on the basis of their experience and educational credentials. The candidates should possess masters or bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or other technical discipline from recognized technical institutions. Our experience has shown that certified individuals tend to be in the top quartile of performers and vast majority will obtain several more certifications during their career with us.
Selection Process
It is a two-level process with several check points and internal crosschecks. Short listed candidates are evaluated for communication skills, technical skills and domain expertise. Our process has two screenings: resume screening and initial assessment followed by detailed technical screening/ skills test.
Resume Screening: Candidates resumes are screened to ascertain their suitability as per based on requirements, stated facts and market realities.
Initial assessment: Candidates are assessed for their communication skills, general aptitude and career expectations
Skills Test
A mix of online and offline paper tests are used to ascertain the skills of candidates. Sometimes hands-on tests (programming logic) are also employed.
Technical Interview
Candidates are interviewed for their technical proficiency by internal/external experts from USA and India. Candidates are evaluated for depth and range of their project experience and potential for future growth. In certain cases, outside expertise is used to scrutinize our selection.
Human Resources Interview
Candidates are interviewed by Human Resources and Recruitment Managers to assess leadership potential, team-working skills, inter-personal skills and emotional stability. In addition to this, topics such as career plan, aspirations and compensation aspects are also discussed.
Reference Checking
References given by candidates are checked to verify claims and credentials about their past performances and capabilities.
How We Match Employees With Clients
Accounts managers make requests to resource managers who evaluate the global availability of consultants; check on concluding engagements that might free up suitable candidates and present suitable candidate to the client through the accounts manager.
Resume Screening: Candidates resumes are screened to ascertain their suitability as per based on requirements, stated facts and market realities.
In case suitable candidates are not found by Resource Managers, they send the specifications to the recruiting group, who have access to their constantly updated candidate database to identify any fit candidates. When the suitable candidate is available, such candidate undergoes appropriate technical check and subsequent screening; if found fit, they are presented through Accounts Managers to our clients.
If our recruiting group does not find a suitable candidate (usually due to either time constraints or specific technical requirements), they contact a select pool of partner organizations. Our partners locate candidates who are screened by us before being sent to our clients. Our ability to source a profile depends on the skills and experience our client requires. For example, we can easily find a junior level developer and fill such requests quickly, supplying suitable resumes to the client within one or two business days.
